Whether you are passionate about sports or have never done any exercise before and are looking for a fun and dynamic class for women only, join our classes to benefit from a special workout designed for the female anatomy by our Senior Physiotherapist, Ms. Nazanin, and in addition learn breathing techniques that will leave you stress free and smiling, ready to face the day with energy and positivity.
